Responsibilities
As an experienced PA & Office Administrator, you will ensure that the Director of Science has superior administrative support to enable him to focus on complex domestic and international projects and business development. You will be an outstanding organiser and excellent communicator with a proactive, flexible and calm attitude. You will work well under pressure and enjoy working autonomously and well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will also provide support to other senior managers. This role is often the first contact a client or supplier has with SESL Australia. Accordingly, it is important that their experience is one that leaves a lasting impression of professionalism, accuracy and outstanding service. In addition to general reception and administration tasks, you will assist with accounts activities and processing. You will quickly become the ‘go to’ person for our staff in New South Wales and Victoria.

Personal Assistant duties

Time-diary management

Organising meetings

Responding to urgent requests

General office and clerical duties

Assisting in organising and coordinating events

Organising and preparing documents

Data entry
-
General bookkeeping
This role is offered on a part-time basis.
About you
You will have the following experience and skills:
-
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a Front
-
Office/Customer Service role
-
Customer centric attitude is essential
-
Proficiency in Google applications and Microsoft suite including
-
Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
-
Data entry (highly desirable)
-
Hands-on experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Solution focused by being resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organisation and time-management
-
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
-
Strong attention to detail
-
General bookkeeping
