The Landscape Expo

Two weeks ago, SESL Australia’s Management Team spent the day hanging out with the awesome folks from The Landscape Association (TLA) who hosted the Landscape Expo at the Sydney Showground.

Here are some of their thoughts on the event:

“I enjoyed having a chat with suppliers and members across the industry, it helps us keep up with the emerging trends within the landscaping sector”. – Samantha Grant-Vest, Environment and Horticulture Manager

“It was a great opportunity to run into some of our Clients, both new and old for a catchup” – Owen Guy – Soil Science Manager.

Sam and Owen caught up with high-quality growers, including familiar faces from Andreasen’s Green, Alpine and Botanica Nurseries and saw some stunning feature plants from Exotic Nurseries (Pic 1).  It was near impossible to refrain from stroking the lush turf displays at Australian Turf Growers and Turfbreed (Pic 2).  There was plenty of innovative, sustainable and recycled landscaping materials to be seen, and outdoors, the air was infused with the smells of infra-red BBQ’d chicken!  All in all – a great day out (Pic 3).

The Landscape Association (TLA) has held this event for four consecutive years now, bringing together a diverse range of suppliers servicing the landscaping sector.  SESL Australia is looking forward to attending next year’s event!
