No Price Increase in 2025 – Just a Small Update on Sample Holding

As we head into another exciting year, we’re pleased to share some positive news with all of our valued clients. At SESL Australia, our commitment to delivering high-quality, science-backed environmental and laboratory services remains unwavering. In line with this, we’ve reviewed our operating costs and service delivery goals for 2025 — and we’re happy to announce that we will not be increasing our service prices!

We know that in today’s economic climate, every dollar counts. By keeping our prices stable, we aim to continue supporting your projects, research, and environmental outcomes without adding extra financial pressure. We greatly value the trust you place in us, and this is just one way we’re working to give back.

A Small Change: Sample Holding Fee

To help us maintain operational efficiency in the lab and ensure timely testing and reporting, we are introducing a small sample holding fee starting May 19, 2025.

This applies only to samples delivered to our laboratory that are not being tested. These may be samples awaiting client instruction, project go-aheads, or indefinite storage without analysis.

  • Holding fee: $8 (per sample submission)

  • Applies to: Samples stored but not tested within an agreed timeframe

This change ensures we can manage our storage space and laboratory workflow more effectively, and continue providing the fastest turnaround possible for active projects.

What You Can Expect

  • No price increase for testing services in 2025

  • Transparent communication regarding any sample delays or fees

  • Same dedicated team, expert advice, and reliable results you've come to trust

We’re incredibly grateful for your continued partnership. Your support has allowed us to lead the way in environmental science, soil testing, and sustainability across Australia.

These small changes will help us serve you better, longer, and more efficiently.

If you have any questions about this update or want to discuss your project timelines, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team, we’re always here to help.
